Description:
Introduction to Critical Care Ultrasound Live Training Course provides participants a strong foundation to perform the core critical care ultrasound applications as outlined in the WINFOCUS and ACEP ultrasound practice guidelines. This course is taught by leading critical care ultrasound experts and incorporates comprehensive lectures, interactive case presentations, and extensive hands-on scanning workshops featuring our industry leading 3:1 faculty to participant hands-on scan ratio with live models and inanimate phantoms. Participants gain improved competence and are able to immediately integrate the skills learned into clinical practice. Each participant receives scanning checklists and log of over 60 exams performed to use for hospital credentialing if needed.

For the most comprehensive Critical Care Ultrasound education, combine the Introductory level course with the Advanced Emergency/Critical Care Ultrasound program to augment scanning skills and expand diagnostic/interventional services, improve patient safety and satisfaction. A combined tuition discount is offered along with cost-savings associated with travel expenses.
