Description:
Penn Radiology is excited to offer this course at the beautiful Boca Raton Resort and Club. The four-day program is designed to present the most up-to-date information on evolving guidelines and imaging techniques, and offer practical tips to enhance image interpretation skills which are of particular importance to diagnostic radiologists in clinical practice. 16 self-assessment modules (SAMS) will be offered throughout the week.

Learning Objectives:
1.Discuss screening and diagnostic mammographic imaging guidelines for pregnant and lactating women, cis gender men and transgender patients
2.Describe the normal and abnormal appearance of the breast following cosmetic and reconstructive procedures such as lifts, reductions, implants, flaps, and injections.
3.Discuss sonographic features of benign and malignant thyroid disease and how to integrate TI-RADS into nodule reporting
4.Describe how to apply O-RADS to adnexal cystic lesions
5.Discuss the MR, conventional CT, and dual-energy CT imaging findings and interpretative pitfalls in the evaluation of common gastrointestinal and genitourinary pathologies
6.Identify the features of ischemia, infection, and trauma found on head and neck imaging
7.Describe the findings of various infra-tentorial brain tumors and temporal bone pathology
8.Describe the normal and abnormal chest radiographic appearance of devices used in the intensive care setting
9.Identify and avoid pitfalls in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism, traumatic thoracic injuries, pulmonary infections, and adenocarcinoma spectrum lesions
