Description:
How much does our lifestyle contribute to illness and disability? And what is precisely a healthy lifestyle? We all know that eating properly, exercising daily, and other important aspects of our daily life play a very important role in our health and well-being; but the specifics are more difficult to understand. We are confused about which diet or exercise is best for us, the proper level of stress or sex, and we are at a loss sometimes on how to motivate ourselves and patients to making changes in lifestyle. This confusion and lack of a clear vision has encouraged MCE Conferences to inform clinicians, who will then help inform their patients, about the importance of a proper lifestyle in the prevention and management of diseases.
This conference is designed to provide primary care practitioners with up-to-date, evidence-based information on commonly encountered clinician and patient wellness issues, while suggesting pragmatic approaches to clinical management. The discussion-based format of the conference will encourage audience participation through dynamic lectures, case-based studies, and hands-on workshops. Keynote speakers will present and critically assess recent advancements and industry updates in Clinician and Patient Wellness Program Series issues, with the goal of enhancing the knowledge-base and core competence of attendees. The successful completion of this interactive program should improve attendees’ confidence in diagnosing, treating, and prescribing the most effective courses of treatment, with the ultimate goal of improving clinician and patient outcomes.
