This course focuses on practical aspects to enhance radiologists’ skills at interpretation of neuroradiological MRI studies and their ability to communicate with the referring physicians. Each didactic lecture in the course will be closely followed by a large amount of time exclusively dedicated to imaging-based case review sessions with individual and group discussions.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
• 1st objective: To describe the approach to the interpretation of neuroradiological imaging studies and standard imaging protocols.
• 2nd objective: To define the settings in which additional information and/or imaging studies should be requested.
• 3rd objective: To describe what to include in the report and what/how to communicate to the referring clinicians.

LEVEL
