Description:
This program has been designed to maximize direct hands-on time utilizing actual devices employed in minimally invasive thoracic surgery and diagnostic procedures. The program will consist of four days of hands-on experience and exposure to the latest technology. Hands-on sessions will include minimally invasive surgery and advanced endoscopic procedures for benign esophageal diseases, endobronchial ultrasound, VATS lobectomy, navigational bronchoscopy, rigid bronchoscopy, airway and esophageal stent insertion and percutaneous dilatational tracheostomy.
