Description:
This course is a four-day post graduate course in diagnostic radiology emphasizing new techniques in Neuro and Head and Neck Imaging.
Educational Objectives
At the conclusion of this CME course the attendees will: Be able to recognize subtle abnormalities of the spinal column and spinal canal contents which have a great bearing on patient care Understand how to employ the newest MR techniques such as permeability imaging, susceptibility imaging, diffusion kurtosis, among other advances in MR Recognize very subtle and easily missed diagnosis in Neuroradiology Gain an insight into the analysis of paranasal sinus and orbital lesions and how these should be reported to be of most help to the ophthalmologic surgeon or to the head and neck surgeon Understand the various ways in which patients with dementia can present relative to their imaging findings Gain an understanding of cartilage mapping
