Summer Radiology Review 2018
This course is intended for practicing radiologists. At the conclusion of this CME activity, participants will receive 20.25 CME hours and should be better able to:
Diagnose common causes of facial pain and spinal cord abnormalities
Recognize the MRI appearance of abnormalities affecting the hip and wrist
Perform and interpret exams in patients with head and neck cancer, arthritis, suspected vascular lesions of the head, neck and MSK infections
Utilize breast MRI to solve difficult breast cases
Discuss imaging of indeterminate renal masses and confusing liver lesions
Recognize “incidentalomas” on chest CT and the use of CT in evaluating osteopenia
Appreciate how “millennials” approach the work of radiology and discuss complex brain imaging in the 21st century
Describe current breast and lung cancer screening recommendations
