Educational objectives for this day-long meeting:
Assess operations from exam ordering through reporting using workflow mapping and clinical decision support tools
•Develop and maintain a healthy work environment through continuous team-building and coaching while enhancing your own leadership attributes
•Manage assets successfully through effective negotiation with vendors using established policies and procedures, medium-range planning, and evaluation of the benefits and disadvantages of enterprise image management vs a departmental system
