About This CME Activity This CME teaching activity provides a broad overview of diagnostic imaging used in clinical practice. A broad range of lecture topics, with emphasis on practical applications, will be presented. Topics will include, breast imaging, abdomen, MRI, CT, ultrasound, and neuroradiology.
Target Audience This CME activity is primarily intended and designed to educate diagnostic imaging physicians who perform and interpret imaging procedures. It should also be useful in educating referring physicians who order imaging procedures.
Educational Objectives At the completion of this CME teaching activity, you should be able to: -Effectively utilize diagnostic imaging modalities to evaluate bone, body, breast, and neurological disorders. -Recognize unusual disease processes in the chest, abdomen, breast and pelvis. -Explain how changes in workstation configuration and usage can potentially reduce repetitive stress disorders. -Integrate appropriate imaging protocols to assess bone, body, breast and neurological disorders into clinical practice.
